Rare. A single record from Hartlebury Common, Worcestershire.

Chenopodium album with larva feeding from August to October on the seedheads initially from a flimsy silken tube, cutting this off in the final instar as a crude case with seeds and frass attached. Overwinters, full-fed, underground in a tough parchment-like cocoon, pupating in June/July.
