Rare local resident in marshes and wet flushes.
Flies May and July/August.
Larvae on Scutellaria galericulata and S. minor. feeding at first by mining lower leaves and then in a silken
web amongst shoots or between leaves in June and July/August.
At least two broods, maybe more in good years.
