Common resident.

Rosaceous trees and shrubs and their cultivars, especially spp. of Crataegus, Malus, Pyrus, and Sorbus, with larva feeding in July and September/October. In a whitish, brown-flecked, mine on the upper side of a leaf, which eventually causes the leaf to fold upwards.
