Ectoedemia atricollis

Very common resident.

Mines Crataegus, Malus and sometimes Pyrus or Prunus avium with larva feeding from September to early November. In a gallery mine with dispersed frass usually following a leaf margin, which later becomes a blotch. Larva with dark head and black ventral spots.

Mine: Either the leaf or a good photograph required
