Recently split from pinicolella. Pine spp and possibly Larch spp. with larva feeding on the needles from a silken gallery spun along a twig. Adults can be disturbed from large scots pines and come to light. Seemingly more common than pinicolella but needs dissection to confirm. | Determination by Genitalia Examination (gen. det.)
