Foodplant:   Devil's-bit Scabious, Field Scabious and Small Scabious.
Nat Status: Common
Verification Grade:  Adult: 2

Uncommon local resident in wet fields, commons and woodland rides.

Succisa pratensis with larva feeding in June/July on the flowers, and September to April in the petioles and shoots.

Recorded in 38 (27%) of 140 10k Squares.
